Job Description My client a medium sized developer is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will have worked as either a Senior Site Manager or a Site Manager on traditional build housing schemes/high volume and has experience of taking units from foundation to handovers This scheme will be a 120+ units with a mix of private sale & HA & worked with LABCThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced site/senior site manager looking to step away from the PLC world into a medium size businessDuties,Senior Site Manager - reporting to the Contract Manager Potentially working with a SM, ASM or a Trainee ASMChair sub-subcontractor meetingsEnsuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programmeRAMSFull understanding of H&S and ensuring its adhered toSnagging of sub-contractor workCalls off/MaterialsProviding accurate and regular reports on progress and datesNHBC stage inspectionsControlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditureDriving through quality at every stage of the construction processEnsuring the development pass internal and external inspection processesTaking responsibility for self-development and the development of othersMonitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractorsCompletions, CMLS, HandoversQualifications,As an experienced Senior/ Site Manager you will possess the following experienceYou must have experience of working traditional build housing schemes as a No1, taking plots from groundworks to handoversAre to manage a fast-paced busy site, KPISAble to train and manage any staff who report into youPLC experience (Ie Volume)CSCS , BlackFirst Aid, Scaffold awarenessBenefitsSalary between 75,000 to 78,000 plus packageBonus 20%Car allowance25 days holiday inclusive of Bank HolidaysPrivate Healthcare7% PensionBonus
