Job Description Digital Channel Manager Channels = Digital Marketing + Web + Community50,000 60,000 Hybrid PeterboroughA leading global membership organisation is hiring a Digital Channel Manager to improve performance across its website, app and digital platforms.The roleThis is a newly created role with real scope to shape how digital channels perform.Youll sit across digital marketing, web, UX and product, ensuring channels work together to improve engagement, conversion and retention.This is not a pure execution role. Its about owning digital performance, improving journeys, and connecting teams.What youll be doingOwn and improve website performance as the core digital channelConnect web, app and community platforms to create clear user journeysUse Google Analytics / digital data to drive decisionsManage and optimise content via a CMS (Optimizely or similar)Work with an external digital / development agencyImprove conversion, engagement and customer journeysFeed insights back into marketing, content and product teamsWhat theyre looking forExperience in Digital Marketing, Digital Channels, Web or CRM rolesBackground in e-commerce, retail, SaaS or membership organisationsStrong understanding of website performance, content and user journeysConfident using data / analytics to improve performanceExperience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics or similar toolsWhy applyNewly created Digital Channel Manager roleClear ownership of website and digital performanceWork across marketing, UX, product and techVisible impact on a multi-million-pound digital revenue streamHybrid working (2 days onsite in Peterborough)If youve worked in Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, Digital Channels or Martech roles and want to move into a more strategic, performance-focused role wuth global reach, this is a strong step.
