Requirements:Qualified solicitor or equivalentGood analytical skillsAbility to handle complex and multiple case loadsExperience of managing a departmentAccuracy and attention to detailStrong leadership and relationship building skills Ability to influence and drive mind-set change at all levels Proven track record of external networking, demonstrating the ability to increase workflow for a team You will be running your own case load of property litigation files and managing a department of property litigation fee earners and paralegals.
