This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor or Associate to join a highly regarded team, working closely with a well-connected Partner who is actively generating high-quality work.The firm offers a genuinely supportive, down-to-earth culture, with a strong emphasis on mentoring, professional development, and long-term career progression.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of commercial property mattersHandle freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitionsAdvise on landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and assignmentsAssist with development and investment workBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport and engage in business development initiativesWork collaboratively within the team while developing your own caseloadSkills and Experience:Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX considered)Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial propertyAbility to manage files independentlyStrong organisational and communication skillsCommercial awareness and a proactive approachInterest in working within a growing firm environmentWorking Environment:Hybrid-based role, with adequate office attendance to support supervision and developmentWorking hours: 9:00am 5:30pmFriendly, approachable, and driven leadershipA culture that genuinely supports progression and remains down-to-earth in its approachThe Opportunity:You will work closely with a Partner who is actively bringing in strong, high-quality work, giving you excellent exposure and the chance to develop your technical skillset.
