This role is within our Peterborough Commercial Agency Team working within a multi-disciplinary office. Role Responsibilities: Assist and lead pitch presentation to new and existing clients on the services Eddisons provide. Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives. Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless process Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information Working with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems Hosting market events Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities About You: Experienced Commercial Agent with at least 5 years'' Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Experience using CRM systems55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
