Key Responsibilities: Oversee a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages. Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation related to residential conveyancing. Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
