Compliance Administrator

We have an exciting new opportunity for someone keen to start their career in compliance. Our client is a well-respected national law firm seeking a Compliance Administrator to join them in Peterborough. This role is perfect for a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Law Graduate interested in taking their first steps into compliance. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and a desire to work collaboratively. Some key responsibilities: Perform electronic identification checks against individuals and organisations according to the Companys AML requirements Communicate with and support fee earners and external clients Advise the wider company on ID requirements and ensure documents are saved correctly Check and ensure matters on the new matters list are compliant for AML purposes Maintain the Compliance Inbox Theyre looking for someone with strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a high level of attention to detail. Clear and professional communication is key, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
