Location: UK (field-based, regular travel to customers) Company: PU Tech Ltd (trading as PU Wholesale & Distribution) – UsPU Wholesale & Distribution is a fast‑growing UK wholesaler & distributor supplying vapes, smoking sundries, confectionery, soft drinks and related products to independent retailers and convenience stores across the UK. We work with leading brands such as Elf Bar, Lost Mary, SKE, Crystal, DOJO, Vaporesso, Bloody Bar, IVG and many more, combining competitive pricing with reliable service and next‑day delivery on qualifying orders.We’re now looking for experienced Field Sales Managers to help us grow our retail customer base, deepen relationships with existing accounts and drive revenue across key regions.The RoleAs Field Sales Manager, you will:Manage and grow a portfolio of independent retail accounts (convenience stores, vape shops, off‑licences, newsagents, etc.)Proactively visit stores to open new accounts, present our product range and secure ordersAchieve and exceed monthly sales, margin and new‑account targetsPlan and execute field sales routes efficiently to maximise customer visitsLaunch new products and promotions in‑store, ensuring strong visibility and complianceBuild long‑term relationships with store owners and managers, becoming their go‑to wholesale partnerGather market and competitor insights from the field and feed back to managementWork closely with internal teams (customer service, purchasing, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and deliveryUse basic CRM / reporting tools to keep accurate records of visits, pipelines and sales activityAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who is:Experienced in field sales – ideally selling into independent retailers, convenience, FMCG or vape/tobacco categoriesTarget‑driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targetsConfident face‑to‑face with excellent communication and negotiation skillsOrganised and self‑motivated, able to plan your own schedule and work with minimal supervisionComfortable with regular travel within your territory and occasional travel across the UKAble to use basic digital tools (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets/CRM) to manage your pipeline and reportingKnowledge of vape, smoking sundries or FMCG products is a strong advantage, but not essential if you’re a quick learnerRequirementsPrevious field sales experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred)Full UK driving licence and access to a carRight to work in the UKFlexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for events or key customer needsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary (dependent on experience)Attractive commission/bonus structure based on performanceMileage/expenses for business travelProduct training and ongoing supportOpportunity to grow with a fast‑scaling wholesale business and take on more responsibility over timeHow to ApplyPlease apply via LinkedIn with:Your CVA short note outlining your field sales experience and biggest sales achievement to dateAlternatively, you can email your CV and cover note to: with the subject line: “Field Sales Manager Application – [Your Name]”
