This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team where you will play a key role in managing complex commercial disputes and supervising junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on claims and debt recovery.Handle bulk claims processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with procedural requirements.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on dispute resolution and litigation risk.Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output.Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties to progress cases effectively.Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.RequirementsQualified Solicitor in England & Wales with commercial litigation experience.Proven track record in claims and debt recovery litigation, including bulk claim handling.Experience in supervising junior legal staff and managing team workflows.Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.Excellent client care and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Desirable AttributesExperience working in a high-volume litigation environment.Familiarity with case management systems and digital litigation tools.Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
