Conveyancing Fee Earner sought for a mainly remote, permanent opportunity with a well-regarded and long established law firm. The Opportunity Spirehouse is working with a long standing high street firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for their Wye Valley office. The firm are offering a hybrid working arrangement, with as little as one day per fortnight in the office.You will join a firm with a loyal client base, excellent local reputation and a supportive team.The Opportunity Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.Provide expert guidance throughout the full conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to post completion.Handle more complex transactions such as new build and shared ownership propertiesHybrid working with as little as 1 day per fortnight office based Requirements A qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.Confident in handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Please apply for this role online or contact Adam Goater at Spirehouse for a confidential discussion.
