We’re looking for a talented, dynamic Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team at Teeth For Life Dental Care. You’ll enjoy the security of NHS work alongside a strong flow of private patients, with the added benefit of included coaching from Dr Barry Oulton — giving you the tools to master communication and enhance the patient journey, with full support to apply his proven methods in your day-to-day dentistry.We’re flexible — you can work 2 to 5 days per week, as long as Friday is one of them.What’s on offerMixed practice balance — NHS security with plenty of private treatment opportunities.Flexible working — 2–5 days per week (Friday required).Included coaching — access to Dr Barry Oulton’s training, with guidance to apply it practically in patient care.Full clinical freedom — modern equipment and a wide range of instruments.Supportive team culture — a warm, collaborative team and skilled support staff.Great location — Caldicot high street, near shops and train station, 30 mins from Bristol and Cardiff, with Monmouthshire countryside nearby.About youYou are a GDC-registered Dentist with at least 1 year’s post-FD experience.You see communication as just as important as clinical skill — and you’re keen to refine and apply new techniques to elevate your patient care.You are passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry and creating a positive patient journey.You are open to coaching, feedback, and new ways of working — and you enjoy putting learning into practice.You are confident in diagnosing and treatment-planning a wide range of cases, and happy to collaborate or refer when it’s in the patient’s best interest.You are proactive, professional, and committed to continual improvement for both yourself and the team.
