Director of Operations – Global Pharmaceutical Leader – UKWalker Cole International is searching for a Director of Operations for a global pharmaceutical manufacturing business. The role will lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and continuous improvement, ensuring efficient and compliant product delivery to international markets.As a key member of the leadership team, this role will drive operational strategy, optimise supplier and CMO relationships, and lead operational excellence initiatives. They will lead a multidisciplinary team and foster a culture of agility, accountability and continuous improvement.Candidate Requirements:10+ years' leadership experience in pharmaceutical operationsProven track record across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurementStrong knowledge of GMP requirements and MHRA, EMA and FDA regulationsStrategic and commercial acumen, with excellent stakeholder management skillsThis is a rare opportunity to influence global operations within a dynamic and mission-driven pharmaceutical organisation.
