The Civil Operative will carry out a range of civil construction activities including ducting, trenching, reinstatement, cable laying, duct installation, chamber construction, and related works. The role involves open-cut trenching and heavy civils tasks across various surfaces, supporting telecom and infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform civil works such as ducting, trenching, reinstatement, and cable laying.Install ducts, chambers, and associated equipment as per project specifications.Carry out open-cut trenching and heavy civils tasks safely and efficiently.Ensure all work is delivered to required standards and compliance guidelines.Follow site safety rules, project instructions, and quality procedures.RequirementsProven experience in civil construction works (telecom civils preferred).Must hold valid Openreach accreditations.Possession of NRSWA units (Street Works qualification).Valid manual UK driving licence.Ability to work across different terrain and site conditions.
