Part 2 Architectural Assistant

About Us:Cladup Design Ltd is a specialist façade engineering consultancy delivering technically complex commercial and mixed-use projects. We're looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support our Gateway 2 submissions and design coordination efforts across our façade portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Assist in Gateway 2 technical reviews for Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs), ensuring compliance with Building Safety Act requirements.Coordinate and review facade design drawings, schedules, and documentation with project consultants.Support project teams in aligning fire strategy, structural detailing, and facade performance requirements.Maintain and update design trackers, drawing registers, and RFI logs.Prepare markups and assist with document control and quality assurance tasks.Participate in design meetings and liaise with architects, engineers, and fire consultants.Requirements:Must be located in the UK with UK industry experience.Part 2 qualified in Architecture (ARB/RIBA pathway).Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a UK architectural practice.Project experience on commercial and mixed-use developments is essential.Good understanding of façade systems and building regulations.Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.Strong communication and coordination skills.Additional Information:Cladup Design Ltd does not provide visa sponsorship.While we do not offer in-house Part 3 mentorship, we support external upskilling initiatives.Application stages:Apply on LinkedIn and submit.Successful candidates will receive a link to complete an online interview.Successful candidates will be shortlisted and a Microsoft Teams or 'In person' interview will be arranged for final selection.
