This hire will have the chance to take on a desk with active client demand and huge growth potential.You don’t need to come from a recruitment background; you might be an ecologist, environmental engineer, or designer looking for a new challenge. What’s essential is that you’re resilient, proactive, and excited about building relationships in a fast-moving, purposeful industry.You’ll work closely with the Locri team to:Build and nurture a network of candidates across your specialist areaIdentify and engage potential clients through intelligent outreachManage the full recruitment lifecycle from first contact to placementContribute to content, market insight and broader team developmentOur model is simple: you keep 80% of what you bill.
