Interim Organisation Design & Change Partner - Part-Time6-Month FTC | 3–4 Days per WeekUp to £320/Day (Outside IR35)Home-Based (with occasional travel to Swindon)Our Ref: ADW00608ODHenlee Resourcing is partnering exclusively with a highly successful, values-led organisation, to appoint an experienced Organisation Design & Change Partner on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact role leading a significant programme of organisational redesign, including governance change, departmental restructuring, and the embedding of new ways of working. You will own organisation design activity from diagnosis through to implementation, ensuring change is delivered effectively, compliantly, and with a strong focus on colleague experience.The OpportunityLead organisation design activity from diagnosis through to implementation, including target operating model developmentPartner with senior leaders to shape structures, roles, decision rights, and governance aligned to strategic prioritiesDeliver end-to-end restructuring activity, including consultation, role mapping, and implementation planningEmbed new ways of working, behaviours, and leadership expectations across the organisationProvide clear, pragmatic HR support during the transition, including risk management and employee relations guidanceEnsure all activity is delivered in line with UK employment legislation and best practiceYou’ll be an experienced change professional with a strong track record of delivering organisation design and restructuring programmes in complex environments. You’ll bring a solid understanding of UK employment law, alongside the ability to translate strategy into practical, measurable outcomes.
