Health and Safety Manager 50,000 Vickerstock are working with a leading Food Manufacturing firm based in the Perth area on the appointment of a Health & Safety Manager . An organisation that has experienced sustained growth over the last decade and is a renowned producer within their sector segment. As growth continues with the organisation, transformative change is part of the progress, establishing a robust H&S Strategy will be a core part of the first and initial phase of this role. Implementation and integration of new systems and processes will follow and be a key responsibility, managing this change and bringing the various teams and departments along this journey will be part of the remit of the role. What youll need to succeed: Demonstrable experience in developing, implementation and embedding a strong H&S culture within an organisation will be crucial Experience of managing and developing H&S strategies and policies Ensure Health and Safety Risk Management is in line with ISO 45001 standards Ability to establish and oversee a robust system for H&S Inspections and audits Essential Requirements: Minimum of 3 years in a Senior H&S role within a manufacturing organisation NEBOSH Professional certification and membership of IOSH/IIRSM Demonstrable track record of implementing systems and procedures This role will offer you the opportunity to play a key role in the progress and growth of the organisation, it will facilitate the opportunity to put your stamp on the operation and provide a significant level of job satisfaction in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team.
