Working closely with hiring managers, this role focuses on proactive sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and delivering a positive candidate experience, while also supporting core HR activities such as onboarding and employee administration.KEY DUTIESRecruitment SupportSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databasesScreen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviewsShortlist candidates for hiring managersDraft and post job advertisementsCoordinate interviews and manage schedulingMaintain accurate records Conduct reference checksSupport with preparing offer letters and contractsHR ResourcingSupport onboarding processes for new startersPrepare new starter documentation Assist with probation tracking and confirmation lettersAssist with HR reporting and documentationOther DutiesSupport travel booking for both interviewees and employeesBooking training coursesAssisting with staff events and away daysProviding support for career days (onsite and offsite)QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years experience working in a similar role.Essential Experience:Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar support roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple prioritiesGood IT skills including Microsoft OfficeDesirable Experience:Experience using an ATS or HR systemBasic understanding of employment lawCIPD Level 3 (or working towards)BENEFITS OF WORKING HEREState of the art technology & innovationLearning and development strongly encouragedCompetitive salary and benefits package
