Operations Manager

As our company continues to grow and our operations expand, we are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers and Operational Managers to help shape the future of our manufacturing and operations functions. We are exploring appointments across key areas of the business, so whether your strengths lie in operations, manufacturing, engineering, or quality and process excellence, we want to hear from you. The Opportunity Were looking for individuals who can manage critical operational tasks, from high-level planning and process improvement through to hands-on manufacturing management. Youll be joining a forward-thinking team where innovation, quality, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. Working closely with departments such as R&D, Sales, and Product Management, you''ll help ensure the smooth transition of new products from design to full-scale offshore production and play a key role in delivering our renowned audio products to customers worldwide. Key Areas of Responsibility Could Include: Working with teams across Manufacturing, NPI (New Product Introduction), Quality, and Test Engineering. Driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing practices. Overseeing production planning and schedules to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Supporting capital investment planning and resource management. Collaborating with contract manufacturers and suppliers to align build quality and capacity. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards. Who We''re Looking For Strategic and pragmatic individuals with experience in manufacturing engineering or operations management roles. Background in electronics, audio, or complex engineered products is ideal. Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and working with external partners.
