What Youll Do: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our properties. Work on a variety of tasks, from joinery and plumbing to decorating and grounds maintenance. Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children. Collaborate with our team and contractors to deliver high-quality repairs. Take the lead on planned works and support the estates team with surveys and maintenance planning. What Were Looking For: Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance or construction. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
