Role Overview As a Food Production Operative, you will work closely with experienced team members to ensure every product meets the highest standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Checking and weighing raw materials Maintaining a clean and safe production environment Performing quality checks Working on the production line in either the labelling or packaging department Assembling, packaging, and labelling products Lifting items up to 2025kg when required Following all relevant safety and quality procedures Shift Pattern & Hours Rota: 4 on / 4 off Start Time: 7:00am Finish Time: 7:00pm Breaks: 1 hour per day (unpaid) What We're Looking For No previous food production experience is required full training will be provided .
