Architectural Technician

We're looking for a talented and experienced architectural technician to join our Penarth studio to work on a variety of projects which include private residential, small housing developments, local authority projects, industrial units, dental practices and retail (and everything inbetween).You must have good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCad with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role. Duties will include all aspects or working in an architectural practice to include:Carrying out measured surveys,Preparing existing drawings, Developing concept proposals,Preparing drawings and various documents for planning applications, Preparing drawings and specifications for Building Regulations and tender,Preparing fully detailed construction information.Attend site meetings.The role will be suited to individuals with a strong technical background with a thorough understanding of various construction methods but will also include design work.Salaries from between £30k-£40k DOE.Flexible working hours.To apply send your CV and a portfolio of your work to
