The Play Worker will be responsible for organizing and leading a variety of activities for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Daily tasks will include setting up play areas, supervising children during play activities, planning and implementing age-appropriate programs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Additionally, the Play Worker will communicate with parents and caregivers, provide support with homework when needed, and contribute to the overall development of a positive and inclusive play environment.QualificationsExperience in child supervision, organizing activities, and ensuring child safetySkills in planning and implementing age-appropriate programs and activitiesExcellent communication skills with children, parents, and staff membersAbility to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environmentRelevant certifications in childcare or education are a plusFirst Aid certification is highly desirableAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPassion for working with children and fostering their development
