With a commitment to collaboration, transparency, and performance excellence, we support some of the world’s most respected clients across diverse range of sectors.The Role: Cumming Group are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join our established Recruitment team in our Penarth office. You will provide administrative support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.Responsibilities: Support the recruitment team in all aspects of administration.Work closely with the Recruitment team to understand the organisations hiring needs.Take a lead in creating a positive employee onboarding experience.Work alongside the wider HR team to ensure that all necessary employment checks are undertaken i.e. right to work, references & qualifications.Be the first point of contact for publishing live vacancies across job boards, ensuring that job adverts are correct and consistent on all platforms.Assist the Recruitment team in reviewing and shortlisting applicants based on requirements.Welcome new starters to the office on their first day, settling them in before their onboarding.Support the onboarding process for all new employees, liaising with line managers to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities during this process.Manage and maintain spreadsheets in relation to recruitment administration.Filing of recruitment related documentation.Supporting the wider Recruitment & HR team in any ad-hoc tasks.Manage Recruitment inbox, ensuring that all enquiries are directed to the correct individual.Support the Recruitment Manager in the implementation of Workday Recruiter.Experience, Skills & Key Attributes: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in recruitment.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload and competing deadlines.Ability to always act with confidentiality, integrity & discretion.Personable, approachable and adaptable with a positive and proactive approach to tasks.A confidence to build relationships with a variety of personality types including candidates, senior leadership and fellow colleagues.A good basic understanding of HR processes.Experience of using Recruitment software.
