The team is currently going through a lot of change, resulting in introducing new processes and streamlining the ones already in place.We are looking for somebody to help us in our journey in delivering the best possible service to our customers whilst helping existing teammates.The Transfer’s team is part of a wider operational team and so there will be opportunity to cross train as you grow in the business.Key expectations of your day to day role are listed below:Complete all aspects of ISA transfers administration for both In’s and OutsCommunicate with old and new plan managersManage any controls and risks presented on a daily basisWork with our customer care team to service any customer queriesWork with third party providersBe aware of and work to company and industry SLA’sWhat we’re looking forWe value simplicity, communication, teamwork, trust, and confidence.
