What the Job Involves The role requires delivering an integrated social work service to children and young adults with Learning Disabilities and other disabilities. You will conduct assessments, devise care plans, and provide interventions to promote independence and positive outcomes. You will work directly with individuals and families, managing a caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective support and safeguarding of service users. Reporting, case management, and contributing to community networks are integral to this role.
