UK Country Manager

An opportunity to lead and scale an established independent onshore wind operations and maintenance platform in the UK.This senior leadership role carries full accountability for growth, performance, and customer outcomes across a multi-brand turbine fleet.The Role:Defining and executing the UK strategy for onshore wind O&M and major componentsDriving growth in post-warranty O&M, major component exchanges, and life-extension servicesOwning senior customer relationships, including contract negotiations and renewalsOverseeing service operations, field teams, and subcontractorsLeading delivery of major component exchanges and corrective campaignsChampioning HSE excellence and regulatory complianceManaging UK P&L, budgeting, and forecastingBuilding and developing a high-performing UK organisationRequirements:Senior leadership experience within an independent service provider or multi-brand wind O&M businessStrong understanding of the UK onshore wind marketProven experience in post-warranty O&M and major component servicesDemonstrated P&L ownership and operational leadershipEngineering or technical qualification preferred
