Headquartered in Renfrewshire, with additional hubs in the UK and USA, they are scaling operations to meet increasing demand—and now seek a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead their logistics function through its next phase of growth.The OpportunityThis is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a team of 8 (including supervisors and team leaders) and take full ownership of warehouse operations. You’ll drive operational excellence, champion health 'safety, and collaborate closely with procurement and sales to ensure seamless supply chain performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and optimise warehouse processes in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of ~700 orders/monthLine manage, coach, and develop a high-performing teamAct as Chair of the local Health & Safety Committee, embedding a culture of safety and compliancePartner with procurement and sales to align warehouse output with business prioritiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologiesLeverage ERP systems (Unleashed or similar) and Excel for planning, reporting, and inventory controlSupport the rollout of new systems, including barcode scanning technologyMaintain high standards across goods-in/out, inventory accuracy, and bespoke customer ordersWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong IT proficiency, particularly with ERP systems and ExcelWorking knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement toolsExperience handling dangerous goods and operating forklifts (certifications desirable)A proactive, hands-on leader with a solutions-focused mindsetStrong communication, organisational, and change management skillsWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary up to £42,000 DOE29 days annual leave + 9 statutory holidaysAdditional leave after 2 and 5 years’ serviceFlexible working hours with early Friday finishAnnual bonus (equivalent to 2 weeks’ salary)Company phone, PPE, and free on-site parkingCycle to work scheme, fresh fruit deliveries, free tea & coffeeCareer development support, including monthly reviews for the first 6 monthsReady to Apply?If you’re an experienced warehouse leader ready to make a real impact in the renewable energy sector, we’d love to hear from you.
