Scope of works includes earthworks, drainage, otter rehabilitation, culverts and rivers etc.Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityThey are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to report to a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a small commercial team. Your role will be to assist on commercial duties in line with a NEC contract that include:Accurate monthly forecastingProducing and sending enquiries with relevant documentation to subcontractorsProducing monthly reports and cost value reconciliationsManaging any change and producing compensation eventsProduce, submit, and agree monthly application with the clientAttending weekly progress meetingsRequirements including certificates and qualifications:Civil Engineering Degree-qualified or equivalentExperience working as a Managing Quantity Surveyor on infrastructure projectsExperience working as a Managing Quantity Surveyor on NEC based projectMember of RICSCandidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UKThe successful candidate will be rewarded with an outstanding working environment, opportunities to progress whatever stage of your career as well as a package that gives you security and recognises your contribution to the business.
