Job Description Deputy Care ManagerBurrow Down Support ServiceLocation: TQ3 1RNWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team at Burrow Down Support Service, a small 3-bed service supporting individuals with complex needs and autism.This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who is passionate about high-quality, person-centred care and confident supporting both staff and the registered manager in the day-to-day running of the service.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the Care Manager with the effective running of the serviceLeading and supervising staff to deliver high-quality careEnsuring care plans and risk assessments are followed and updatedSupporting individuals with complex needs and autism in a safe, respectful wayMaintaining compliance with CQC standards and company policiesParticipating in rota management and covering shifts when requiredTaking part in on-call duties as part of the management teamAbout You:NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Experience working with individuals with complex needs and autismPrevious senior or leadership experience within a care settingFlexible, reliable, and able to work a 40-hour week across shiftsConfident, organised, and able to lead by exampleWilling and able to participate in on-call dutiesWhat We Offer:13.70 per hourFull-time contract (40 hours per week)Supportive management and a close-knit teamOpportunity to develop your leadership and management skillsA rewarding role making a real difference in peoples livesJBRP1_UKTJ
