Job Description Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset ManagerLocation: PadstowSalary: 30,000 35,000 Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentAn established and growing renewable energy business is seeking a motivated and organised Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset Manager to join its expanding team in Cornwall.This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering Solar PV and Wind Turbine projects across the UK. The company provides a full in-house service from design and build through to long-term asset management and operations.The RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and managing operational renewable energy assets, ensuring sites are maintained to the highest health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and review performance of operational renewable energy sites via online monitoring portalsIdentify faults and system underperformance, diagnosing issues and coordinating solutionsReview site inspection reports and provide technical feedbackCollate operational data and manage compliance schedulesPrepare and issue performance reports to clients following inspections or fault identificationProvide performance analysis and recommend operational improvementsLiaise with clients, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), landowners, engineers, and external consultantsCoordinate with O&M teams and track progress of remedial worksEssential RequirementsMinimum 1 years experience working on the operation of commercial Solar PV systemsMethodical and process-driven approachStrong organisational and communication skillsSolution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelFull UK Driving LicenceDesirable SkillsCAD experienceBroader renewable energy industry knowledge (Solar PV and/or Wind)Degree qualified in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or similar disciplineWhats on OfferCompetitive salary (25,000 35,000 DOE)Opportunity to work within a growing renewable energy organisationExposure to a diverse portfolio of UK renewable assetsCareer development within the clean energy sectorThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within asset management and renewable energy operations in a supportive and technically focused environment.To apply or for more information or to apply, please send your CV to Simon Cheung on [email protected]
