This role suits someone currently working within a broker environment who is ready to step up into, or has recently moved into, an account management position.Youll manage a portfolio of SME commercial and high-net-worth personal lines clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and building trusted, long-term relationships.Working StyleFull-time role based from the Oxted officeFlexible diary managementA mix of office, client visits, and home workingExpected to be in and out of the office a few days each week, depending on client commitmentsKey ResponsibilitiesManage and develop an existing client portfolioConvert new business opportunitiesHandle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy xjdpvnf reviewsWork closely with underwriters to secure competitive termsIdentify cross-selling and upselling opportunitiesAbout YouBackground in general insurance (broker experience welcome)Exposure to commercial and/or high-net-worth personal linesAmbitious and keen to develop into a sales-focused account management roleStrong communication and organisation skills
