Job Description Fire & Security Project ManagerOxford70,000 75,000 + Car / Car Allowance + BonusHybrid WorkingThe OpportunityA leading engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-level electronic security systems on a major life sciences campus development in Oxford.The project includes cutting-edge laboratories, research facilities and collaborative spaces, with a fully integrated security solution across the site including:IP CCTVAccess ControlIntruder DetectionVideo Management SystemsThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile, technically complex project with strong long-term career prospects.The Role:Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the engineering, installation and delivery of large-scale security systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing the delivery of enterprise-scale electronic security systemsCoordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teamsManaging project controls, installation quality and programmeProducing RAMS, reports and technical documentationEnsuring H&S compliance and security standardsDriving successful commissioning and handoverRequirements:Proven experience delivering electronic security projectsStrong client and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of BSEN, NSI and H&S regulationsExperience with IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systemsVMS platforms such as MilestoneUnderstanding of IP networks and ELV systemsRelevant qualification (C&G, HNC/HND or similar)
