Job Description Account Executive B2B SaaS | Remote / UK BasedWere hiring a high-performing Account Executive to join a growing SaaS business focused on people engagement and employee benefits. This is a new business role selling into SMB and Corporate organisations across the UK.Youll be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities - selling a platform that helps HR teams improve employee experience, engagement, and benefits management.What youll be doing:Identifying and closing new opportunities within SMB and Corporate marketsLeading consultative, value-based sales processes from prospecting through to negotiation and closeBuilding strong relationships with HR leaders, C-Suite executives, and key decision-makersTailoring platform demos to client needs and helping them solve real employee engagement challengesWorking closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experienceWhat were looking for:3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (bonus points for experience selling into HR, Finance, or Benefits teams)Proven ability to close deals valued at 20k+ ARRExperience selling into organisations with complex buying processesStrong consultative selling skills.Confident communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesCRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and a tech-savvy mindsetWhats on offer:Competitive base salary + bonus + equity options25 days holiday (rising to 30 days with service) + the option to swap bank holidaysPrivate Medical InsuranceWork-from-abroad schemeAnnual learning and development budgetDiscounts at top retailers and gymsComprehensive mental health and coaching supportLife assurance and moreThe role is hybrid with 2 days every couple of weeks in the office based in Oxford!If you're a driven, strategic seller looking to make an impact in a growing business with a strong mission, we'd love to hear from you!
