Production Operative Wellington, Somerset Full-time temp to perm Starting pay 12.82 an hour. T wo pay rises within your first 3 months. Double day shift with early finish on Fridays. Monday to Thursday 6.00am 2.00pm Friday 6.00am 12.00pm Monday to Thursday 2.00pm 10.00pm Fridays 12.00pm 6.00pm As a Production Operative , you will: Operate machinery and production equipment on the factory floor Assemble, cut, and prepare insulation materials Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet the high standards required Support a clean, safe, efficient working environment Work as part of a friendly, skilled manufacturing team What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or factory experience Good attention to detail Ability to follow processes and safety procedures A team mindset and positive attitude Willingness to learn full training provided What's on offer Competitive pay Two pay rises in your first 3 months Long term opportunities and progression Full training and ongoing support INDEXE TPBN1_UKTJ
