The Role: Due to strategic growth, our client is recruiting a Senior Associate or Partner-level Commercial Litigation Solicitor to lead and expand the disputes offering in Oxford. You will be joining a Legal 100 recognised team, collaborating with specialists across the firm’s network of offices in the South West,Oxfordshire and London. You’ll manage a varied caseload of high-value and complex commercial litigation matters, including: Shareholder and partnership disputes Corporate and director claims Contract disputes Business and commercial disagreements This is aclient-facing, leadership rolewhere you’ll be expected to contribute to business development and cross-referrals, as well as mentor junior fee earners.
