Recruitment Manager 

The Role I am partnering with a forward-thinking, growing organisation that’s entering an exciting phase of building out its HR function. As the Recruitment Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the organisations recruitment processes. You’ll work closely with a commercial, well-regarded Chief People Officer, who will offer strategic support while giving you autonomy and ownership to run and evolve the recruitment function. Summary of the role and key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.Partner and build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.Working closely with external recruitment partners, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.Ownership of the recruitment process, from defining job descriptions to improving workflows and timelines, bringing structure to hiring across the organisation. Key skills required5 to 10 years recruitment / talent acquisition experience.Proven experience developing recruitment frameworks and delivering process improvements. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.A proactive, organised mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive change.
