Job Description Care Outlook is an expanding, leading home care provider in London and the South East of England since 2005.Our Care team is friendly, and we love what we do. We offer our colleagues a friendly, collaborative workplace and the chance to build a rewarding career.We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Oxford branch.Responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered managerAbility to deliver high standards of careParticipate in the paid on-call rotaCompleting care assessments and writing up Care PlansBuilding relationships with care staff and service usersAssisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQCAssisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be requiredHere at Care Outlook, we offer our Field Care Supervisors the following:Salary 25,000 - 28,000 per annum300 Refer a Friend Bonus Company issued mobile phoneExcellent Training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development20 Days Holiday plus Bank HolidaysOpportunity to work in an expanding leading home care providerWe are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join us who are:100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable peopleFlexibility to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (essential)Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)If you have the skills and experience listed above and are interested in working for an organization that can really make a difference to peoples lives, then this could be your next role!IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING!Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.JBRP1_UKTJ
