In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store and its staff, while also focusing on growing and delivering services.Key Details:1 Counter Assistant and 1 experienced dispenser/trainee ACT in store5,000 items per monthProScript PMRNHS and private services, including vaccinations, health checks, and consultationsRequirements:GPhC-registered Pharmacist with the right to work in the UK.Proven experience working in a community pharmacy setting (preferably in a managerial role).Strong understanding of NHS and private services.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for service delivery and patient care.What’s on Offer:Competitive hourly rate of £28/hr for experienced candidates.Performance-based bonus scheme:10% of NHS service income20% of private service incomeSupportive working environment with no weekend shifts.Opportunity to make a real impact in a community-based setting.
