Job DescriptionJob Title: Manufacturing Associate - Pharmaceutical ProductionLocation: Oxford, UKType: Full-Time, On-SiteWe are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment and are passionate about operational excellence, innovation, and public health.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment, adhering to cGMP and safety standardsPerform routine equipment maintenance, including lubrication, filter changes, and basic mechanical checksEnsure accurate and compliant documentation of production activities and batch recordsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational complianceTroubleshoot equipment and digital systems efficientlySupport investigations, deviation reports, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs)Work cross-functionally with quality assurance and support teams to meet production targetsParticipate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesWhat Were Looking For:Minimum 1 year of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing settingUniversity degree in pharmaceutical production technology or a related scientific/technical fieldStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyComfortable using digital tools and systems in a production environmentWillingness to work off-hours or overtime to support production schedulesExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbout Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its headquarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
