This is a mobile role covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, working across a diverse mix of commercial and domestic sites. You will be responsible for the complete servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of air conditioning systems, with exposure to refrigeration equipment. Your expertise will ensure that clients receive reliable, high-quality service and that systems operate at peak efficiency. Working independently while contributing to a close-knit team, you will manage your own schedule, respond to both planned and reactive call-outs, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer care throughout the region.Key Responsibilities:Service, maintain, and fault-find air conditioning systems across commercial, industrial, and domestic environmentsCarry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive call-outs in a timely mannerDiagnose faults accurately and complete high-quality repairs to restore system functionalityWork on split systems and VRF/VRV systems with confidence and precisionComplete accurate service reports and documentation for all work undertakenProvide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationshipsWork independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team environmentAdhere to all health and safety procedures and maintain compliance with industry standardsCandidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who bring proven experience as a mobile Air Conditioning Service Engineer with a strong track record across commercial, industrial, and domestic environments. You should possess deep technical knowledge of split systems and VRF/VRV systems, combined with excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. Above all, you are a professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer care, with the reliability and communication skills needed to work independently across a wide service area.Experience & Expertise Required:Proven experience as a mobile Air Conditioning Service EngineerExperience across commercial, industrial, and domestic environmentsStrong knowledge of split systems and VRF/VRV systemsRefrigerant Handling qualification (C&G 2079 or equivalent)NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration & Air ConditioningFull UK driving licenceStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsQualities & Work Approach:Excellent communication and time-management skillsHigh standards of workmanship and customer careAbility to work independently while contributing to a teamProactive approach to health and safety complianceProfessional demeanor and reliability in all client interactionsDesirable: Experience using Daikin Service Checker or similar diagnostic softwareDesirable: Knowledge of refrigeration systemsDesirable: IPAF, PASMA, and/or CSCS cardsRole Impact & Success:In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping air conditioning systems running smoothly for businesses and homeowners across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
