Their solutions are used by leading global equipment manufacturers, and you'll be managing projects that directly impact some of the world's most sophisticated manufacturing processes.Based in Oxfordshire, you'll focus primarily on planning activities for early access demos and Application Development projects working in a high-uncertainty environment with tight deadlines where the ability to think ahead proactively is absolutely critical. This isn't your typical project management role where everything is neatly defined upfront. You'll need genuine technical credibility, a strong presence, and the confidence to navigate ambiguity whilst keeping complex projects on track.What We're Looking For:Essential:Degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, or related technical discipline (this technical foundation is critical for credibility)Proven track record managing complex technical projects in engineering, R&D, or manufacturing environments where scope changes and ambiguity are commonSenior-level project management certifications (PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, APM, PMI-PMP or similar)Strong understanding of both hardware and software development lifecyclesAbility to confidently discuss and understand software engineering concepts you'll be managing algorithm-heavy, complex software projectsAdvanced planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management capabilitiesWhat's On Offer:Competitive salary: up to 75,000 (dependent on experience)Annual performance bonusFlexible working hours (hybrid working available after successful probation)25 days annual leavePersonal pension contributions and more.Relocation package if requiredThe Team:You'll join a team of experienced Senior Project Managers reporting to the PMO Director.
