You'll be based in-store in a customer-focused workshop and help support the wider cycling community through sustainable, affordable repair solutions. This is a hands-on, workshop-based role in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: Bike servicing, repairs and safety checks Diagnosing faults and recommending solutions Building bikes and fitting parts/accessories Supporting product recycling and reuse initiatives Providing in-store technical advice to customers Keeping workshop systems, tools, and stock well organised Learning and developing new technical skills We're looking for someone who: Has experience as a Bike Mechanic or Cycle Technician in retail or workshop settings Has a strong interest in cycling, bikes, or sport Holds or is working toward Cytech Level 2 (not essential) Is confident talking to customers and solving problems Enjoys working as part of a team and sharing knowledge Values sustainability, repair and reuse in the cycling world Is comfortable using IT systems to manage workshop tasks If you're a skilled technician looking for a part-time opportunity with flexibility, great benefits and a great team - APPLY NOW and take your next step in the cycling industry.
