The Opportunity The Oxford office is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to head up its team. This role represents a significant leadership opportunity, offering autonomy in shaping and developing the private client team, while having the support of senior colleagues within the wider group. The incoming partner will be managing the team, building client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to lead, while still working within a supportive and flexible partnership structure. Requirements Established Partner with strong experience in succession and trusts. Demonstrable track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Ability to demonstrate a portable client following and track record of generating work in the market. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Commitment to contributing to a positive and collegiate culture. Genuine flexibility and supportive culture. Existing, well established Private Client team.
