Job Description Site Administrator/Document Controller - ConstructionLocation: OxfordSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceType: Fixed Term Contractor (minimum 1 year)Company:A well-established specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor is seeking an organised and proactive Document Controller / Site Administrator to support a high-profile project in Oxford.This site-based role will be responsible for controlling all project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely distribution in line with company procedures. Youll work closely with the project team, main contractor and subcontractors to maintain smooth document flow and site administration processes.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage the project document register, drawings and revisionsUpload documents/drawings (Asite to Procore) and issue RFIs, submittals and samplesPrint and distribute drawings to site teamsProduce and coordinate O&M manuals and As-Built documentationUpload site progress photos and manage document systemsIssue site permits and manage inductions (Datascope)Oversee daily sign-in/out of operatives and maintain site recordsLiaise regarding deliveries and follow site processesProvide general administrative support to the project teamRequirements:Previous document control or administration experienceExperience using Asite (ideal)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailCompetent in Microsoft OfficeConstruction experience desirable but not essentialWhats on Offer:Competitive salary (DOE)2-week paid induction at Suffolk Head Office (accommodation and food covered)Pension, health plan options, bonus scheme and holiday entitlementSite Administrator/Document Controller - ConstructionFor the purposes of the Conduct Regulations 2003 Premises Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for temporary recruitment.
