Job Opportunity: Site Administrator M&E Construction Location:Oxford, Oxfordshire Type:Full-Time, Permanent Salary:Competitive DOE Sector:Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Construction Are you an experienced Site Administrator with a background in construction or building services We're working with a leading M&E contractor based in Oxford who is looking to bring a dedicatedSite Administratoron board to support their busy project team on site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected business known for delivering high-spec M&E packages across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial. Role Overview: You'll be based on site and act as a key point of support for the project and site management team. This role requires someone who s highly organised, confident working with technical documentation, and experienced in construction site processes. Key Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining site documentation including drawings, RAMS, permits, and technical submittalls Tracking deliveries, tools, and materials on site Processing timesheets, site records, and attendance logs Supporting health & safety compliance with up-to-date records and documentation Liaising with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and head office General site admin support including reports, minutes, and filing What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Site Administrator or Document Controller in construction (M&E experience highly desirable) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and document control systems Excellent organisation and communication skills Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities Knowledge of M&E terminology and site procedures is a plus What s on Offer: Competitive salary package Long-term role with a stable, growing contractor Involvement in significant, technically challenging projects Career development and support from a strong leadership team#J-18808-Ljbffr
