Our client, a leading provider of audio-visual and display solutions across a range of sectors, is seeking a Senior Installation Engineer to join their growing team.The Role:As a Senior Installation Engineer, you will take a hands-on leadership role within the wider installation team, ensuring successful project delivery on-site. You'll be responsible for leading installations from planning through to completion, liaising with project managers, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.Projects are varied and span multiple sectors - including commercial, education, retail, and corporate - so adaptability and professionalism are key. This role will require travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays.Key Responsibilities:Lead on-site AV and display installations, working closely with internal teams and clientsInterpret technical drawings, project briefs, and scope of worksAct as site lead/project lead, managing timelines and ensuring high-quality installationsCollaborate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are metCarry out system testing and basic commissioningMaintain health and safety standards on-siteAbout You:3+ years' experience in AV/display installationProven experience as a site lead or project lead on installation projectsConfident with mounting display systems, running cables, and configuring AV hardwareExcellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel with occasional overnight staysBenefits:Competitive salary of 35,000 to 40,000 (DOE)Private health care (post-probation)Gym membershipPaid travel expensesJoin a dynamic and supportive team delivering cutting-edge AV solutions across the UKReady to take the lead on impactful AV installations across the UK?
