Job Description Full TimeIn Office - Oxford6- Month Contract with opportunity for extension Main DutiesProgramme DevelopmentIdeating new programmes and events, assessing programme needs with line manager and othersResearching and contacting prospective speakers for our programmes and eventsTimetabling and scheduling of sessions online and offlineSetting up online sessions and offline classroom premises when appropriatePreparing and processing all related paperworkProgramme CoordinationEnsuring smooth day-to-day running of the programmesMaintaining and updating database as requestedMaterials CreationCreating course handbooks and syllabi to be sent to studentsProofreading any course materialsCreating and developing written promotional materials; developing new market leadsPreparing written certificates, transcripts and other reports consisting of qualitative and quantitative data related to programme activitiesStudent SupportBeing responsible for preparing, organising and populating programme documents with up-to-date materials and information, ensuring accuracy, clarity and consistency in contentCommunicating clearly and in an engaging manner with the students, primarily through WeChatInterviewing prospective students for our coursesTeam Participation and ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and improving efficiency of current working methodsPrioritising your workload effectively and pre-emptying any issues that may arise where possibleSimilar general administration duties and programme support tasks online and offlineSkillsEssential:- Administrative experience in an office setting- Ability to work calmly under pressure, prioritising work and meeting deadlines- Good computer skills- Attention to detail- Pro-active and can-do attitude- Clear interpersonal and communication skillsDesirable:- Masters degree (or BA degree + significant experience)- 2 years of experience at similar level- Experience working with international participants and students- Good understanding of short course programmes, university summer schools, university teacher training, academic writing in Higher Education context- Good knowledge of Oxbridge system and tutorial teachingBenefits:- Dining rights and lunch allowance at our workplace canteen on the days you are in the office, with a cap of 10 daily spend (amounting to over 2,000 annually)- Company Events including Dinners, Social Activities.Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
