The business delivers a diverse portfolio of projects, including newbuild, refurbishment, restoration, education, commercial, and specialist schemes, ranging from smaller refurbishment works through to complex multimillionpound developments. Their capabilities span both design & build and highquality refurbishment, with typical project values between 1 million and 6 million.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Contracts Manager or a Project Manager ready to step up into a more senior leadership role. The client is looking to interview in February or March, with an anticipated start date in March or April.As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for multiple live projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, and to the high standards expected by clients and key stakeholders. This is a pivotal leadership role that spans the full project lifecyclefrom early preconstruction involvement through to final handover.
