Youll:Design and create eye-catching marketing materials for both digital and print campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft OfficeMonitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and email marketing toolsAdjust live campaigns in real-time to maximise ROI and meet marketing targetsManage and update website and social content through WordPress, Magento, and Meta Business SuitePlan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns combining offline materials (flyers, events) with online strategies (email marketing, social media)Contribute to campaign ideas, create blog content, and ensure all messaging aligns with the brands tone and visionFull training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.Desired Qualities, Skills and KnowledgeExperience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and video editing toolsFamiliarity with writing and publishing blog contentStrong problem-solving and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Determined and confident, with the initiative to contribute fresh ideasA Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this roleSalary, Hours & BenefitsSalary: 15,000 per annum depending on experienceHours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm23 days holiday plus bank holidaysStaff discounts on clothingCareer development in a fast-growing eCommerce businessThis apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing.
